The three-story property delivered in 1904 and totals 23,800 square feet at 925 W. Chicago Ave. in Chicago’s Northwest submarket, according to CoStar information. Martha Winter of Lagestee-Mulder Commercial Construction & Real Estate represented the seller, while Mark Levy of Sequoia Realty Group represented Gamla Cedron Group.
