Gamla Cedron Group Pays $3.4M for Chicago Office Building

Gamla Cedron Group, a Florida-based distressed and multifamily property investment firm, acquired a Chicago office building for $3.4 million, or about $143 per square foot.  The three-story property delivered in 1904 and totals 23,800 square feet at 925 W. Chicago Ave. in Chicago’s Northwest submarket, according to CoStar information.  Martha Winter of Lagestee-Mulder Commercial Construction & Real Estate represented the seller, while Mark Levy of Sequoia Realty Group represented Gamla Cedron Group.
