Originally built in 2007 as a luxury gated townhome community, Lakeside at Seven Oaks is a 200-acre planned community on the north side of the greater metropolitan Tampa region and is surrounded by nature preserves with proximity to major highways for easy commuting in and out of downtown Tampa.

In 2010, after the real estate market crash, we had the opportunity to purchase the unsold, completed townhomes and additional parcels of not yet developed land located within the community. With the market at a high in 2014 we were able to sell the vacant, not yet developed parcels to DR Horton and as they finished the community build-out it set the stage for us to begin to sell our completed units at a large profit.
